Keto Meal Plan Week 2

Alright kids, we are in to a second week of keto meal planning, although we have been on the plan for 2 weeks already. So, technically, this is week 3 of keto for Zach and me.

But, it has been very successful for us. So far, I am down 7lbs and my husband is down 15lbs. Granted, a great deal of this is water weight, but we are both excited to see where this journey takes us.

My menu has much more calorie dense food this week. I find I am eating less often on this plan and I was having trouble getting enough calories in.

Also, guys, please double check your grocery list. I am worried I missed a bunch of stuff. For example, I totally know that I forgot the zucchini for the zucchini fries.

Paleo blueberry muffins

Keto Breakfast biscuits

Meatball Casserole – note I bought premade meatballs

Keto Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms

Buffalo Chicken Soup

Notes on this week’s menu:

I froze half the muffins and half the breakfast biscuits, so you will see them repeating next week.

I used leftover chicken from last week, but if you ate it all up, get another roast chicken.
