Sephora Play Review

Months ago, I gave up my Ipsy subscription, but I knew I would jump on the chance to do the Sephora play. Well, I finally got the option and I jumped at it. And missed. I actually missed the window four times before I was able to sign up for it.

This was my first one!

I wanted to try all the products before give you a review.

Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick, full size $24. Eh. It was fine. I wore a few times and enjoyed the color. I am not matte lip crazy like everyone else, so that was not a selling point for me. The staying power was low-medium.

Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum, full size $90. This is insanely expensive and I will probably buy it when I have money. I love how it made my skin feel and it greatly helped with my skin.

DEREK LAM 10 CROSBY Silent St., full size $95. I remember it being very masculine and.. nothing else. It must not have made much of an impression.

The Estée Edit Flash Photo Gloss, full size $20. This gloss is supposed to make my teeth brighter in photographs. I found it very gimmicky and not worth purchasing.

FarmacySkin Dew Hydrating Essence Mist & Setting Spray, full size $44. I love a good mist, and this was great at that, however, I did not notice it keeping my face set. I’d pass on this one, although it does smell amazing. So does pie and that’s cheaper.

Madam C.J. Walker Beauty CultureScent & Shine Coconut Oil, full size $26. Wanna know a story to make you feel better about yourself? I thought this was for my face and hated it for like 2 weeks before I realized it was for my hair. It’s awesome at that! And it smells amazing.

And there you have it. My box! Which was so fun and welcomed, considering how much I have cleaned out my beauty supplies.
